Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. All returns require authorization (RMA#). A 20% restocking fee will be applied. All sales are final on custom designed products and may not be returned.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
We ship all orders via USPS or UPS Ground and FedEx Ground.
Delivery times for shipping vary based on the distance to the destination. Generally, it takes from 3-7 business days. Our shipping department ships orders Monday-Friday from our Scottdale Pennsylvania facility.
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you upon receipt of your order.
You will receive an email when your order ships from our Pennsylvania facility. A tracking number will be included in this email.
We can only ship to US addresses at this time.
